A. No, Road Ready bags if properly mounted do not require a luggage rack on the majority of models ( Models with sissybars less than 6" and bobtail fenders may need a rack).
Q. How do I measure my sissybar for custom fitting?
A. Measure the width of the sissybar pad.
Q. Are Road Ready bags really waterproof?
A. Yes, provided you make sure all zipper covers are down and the bag is properly mounted ( we recomend owners treat their bags with a waterproofing spray one year after ownership and once a year after that).
Q. What happens to my custom fit bag if I change sissybars or motorcycles?
A. Simply return your bag with your new sissybar's width, and we will make the needed changes. While we have the bag we check its overall condition, make any needed repairs, and treat it with a waterproofing spray.
